Dear President Benigno Aquino III,

                      I'm Mark Vincent Laza, a student of Ilocos Sur National High School. I'm actually 15 years old, a fourth year student from Special Math Class, section IV- Martinelli.

                      At my age, I now know the problems of our country. Like poverty, in this situation we should not be lending money to other countries because we have our own problems here, we have many debts and for what i know it's worth  trillions of pesos and that's why i suggest we should've paid it to our debts to other countries and so that it would decrease. Also the graduating students doesn't have their jobs ready after they graduated in there courses and that is why they go to other countries to work and also this is why we lack manpower here at the Philippines. 

                       That's all I want to say Mr. President.
